Service Description

This is a 90 min 1:1 somatic breathwork session. Having me as your Breathwork Facilitator gives you my support, attention, pure listening, response, inquiry, and guidance to help you clarify within so you can align to your heart & soul. This is an interactive call. Each call is soul led and can move in different directions each time. To support you in the highest good and the most beneficial and aligned way. You may also be given prompts, projects/activities, and devotional practices to do in your personal practice, to anchor in what was revealed on the call. I follow a holistic approach to healing. I have studied, am skilled, and trained in Somatic Breathwork, Devotion, Pure Listening, Yoga, Ayurveda, Trauma Informed Somatic Wellness, Trauma Resolution, Angelic Reiki, Energy Work, Homeopathy, Herbalism, Essential Oils, Chakras, Sound Healing, Crystals, Meditation, Nutrition, Food Science, Relationship with Food, Doula Support, Biblical Counseling, Relationship Mending and Discipleship.
